  • Programmers: Remote test management including programming problems

  • Monito: Remote test management for general multiple-choice/subjective tests (no coding tests)

Monito now uses a credit-based system.

Test organizers can recharge credits and then choose the appropriate proctoring method for their tests.Credits are a virtual payment method used within the Monito service for test operations.When creating a test, credits are automatically deducted based on the number of test takers invited. The amount used varies depending on the proctoring method, test duration, number of test takers, and video storage period.

You can recharge credits on the payment page using either a credit card or bank transfer:

  • Click the icon at the top right → Purchase Credits

  • Profile → Company Information → Credits

Recharged credits can be freely used within the service for one year from the recharge date. After the validity period expires, they will be automatically deactivated.Please make sure to review the payment instructions on the payment page before proceeding.

Can I estimate the payment amount before purchasing credits?

Yes. You can check using the Quote Calculator. Enter the number of test takers, test duration, and other details to see the estimated cost.

How can I get a tax invoice?

Tax invoices are not issued for credit card or bank transfer payments.However, you can download an expense receipt directly during the payment process.If you made a separate deposit through your account manager, please contact your manager or reach out via the support channel below.

Can I get a refund for credits?

Credits can be fully refunded within 7 days from the purchase date if they have not been used.If partially used, a partial refund will be provided.No refunds are available after 7 days from the purchase date, except in cases of system errors or service outages.
