Shortened Retention Period of Test Taker Personal Information

(25/8/18~) We will shorten the retention period for test takers’ personal information from 5 years to 2 years.

To comply with relevant regulations and internal security policies, and to better protect the personal information we collect, we will shorten the retention period for test takers’ personal information from 5 years to 2 years.

 If you need to retain or use test takers' personal information beyond 2 years, we strongly recommend backing up the data before the retention period expires.

  • Change: Retention period of test takers’ personal information (5 years → 2 years)

  • Applies to: Personally identifiable information (e.g., name, email address, phone number)

  • Effective date: August 18, 2025 (Mon)

Scores and test participation status will still be available as non-identifiable statistical data.

Once deleted, personal information is permanently removed from our database and cannot be recovered.
