If you need to retain or use test takers' personal information beyond 2 years, we strongly recommend backing up the data before the retention period expires.

Applies to: Personally identifiable information (e.g., name, email address, phone number)
Effective date: August 18, 2025 (Mon)
Scores and test participation status will still be available as non-identifiable statistical data.
Once deleted, personal information is permanently removed from our database and cannot be recovered.
