Can I Choose to Enable or Disable Multi-Factor Authentication?

Disabling MFA

Disabling multi-factor authentication (MFA) may expose your account to security risks such as hacking and does not meet the required protection standards for safe access. To ensure account safety, we strongly recommend keeping MFA enabled.

If you must disable MFA, you can change the setting as follows:

  • Only users with Test Administrator privileges can change the MFA setting.

  • Go to Account Management → Security Settings to toggle MFA on or off.

  • MFA settings are applied at the company level and affect all members within the organization.

  • You can check the change history (e.g., application date, status) in Security Settings → View Logs.

  • Even if MFA is disabled, previously registered OTP information for each member will be retained.

  • When MFA is re-enabled, users can continue using their existing registered OTP without reconfiguration.
