Before using the service, you must first register your multi-factor authentication (MFA) method.
When logging in with a company account, you’ll be prompted to add an authentication method.
Follow the steps to add your OTP authentication before accessing the service.
If you don’t complete the registration, you won’t be able to access certain pages or use the service.
Click [Add OTP Authentication] to open the page underAccount Management → Multi-Factor Authentication Management.
Install an Authentication AppInstall an OTP app such as Google Authenticator or Twilio Authy on your mobile device or computer.
Scan the QR Code or Enter the Secret KeyIn the installed app, scan the QR code or manually enter the secret key displayed on the screen.
Enter the OTP CodeInput the 6-digit OTP code generated by the app and click Verify Code.Once verified, click Add OTP and Issue Backup Codes to continue.
Your OTP authentication method is now added.From the next login, an OTP verification page will appear.Enter the OTP code as instructed to complete your login.For security reasons, OTP verification is required each time you log in.
If you’ve already registered your authentication method, the OTP code input page will appear when you log in.
Follow the instructions to enter your OTP code and complete the login process.
