Test Admin Guide

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is a secure login method that requires both your ID/password and an OTP (One-Time Password) verification.

To enhance account security, MFA will be applied to all company users starting March 17, 2025.

  • After this date, group shared accounts will no longer be supported, and only individual accounts can be used to access the service.

  • From the effective date, you must complete the MFA process to log in.When logging in, an additional page for MFA setup will appear. Follow the instructions to register your OTP authentication method.

  • Once registration is complete, you will need to verify your OTP code each time you log in to use the service.
