Please review the information at the top of the settings page carefully, as the test will follow predefined regulations.
If you're not requesting Grepp’s proctoring service, you can freely configure each option.
Requires test takers to complete the demo test before the actual test.
If enabled, you must set a deadline for completion.
What is a Demo Test?
A Demo Test for test takers is a practice test that allows them to check their PC environment and become familiar with the test interface before the actual test.
All test takers can take the Demo Test before starting the main test.Administrators can access a separate Demo Test to preview the test experience from an administrator’s perspective.
Available only for Scheduled Tests.
Limits when test takers can enter on the test day.
Enter how many minutes before the test start time test takers are allowed to enter.

Sets a time limit before test takers are allowed to leave the test early.
Enter how many minutes after the test begins early exit is allowed.

Select the devices for video proctoring.
The webcam monitors the test taker from the front via a camera connected to the PC,
while the mobile camera monitors from the side through a connected app.
All footage is recorded and stored for 30 days after the test, then deleted.
Monito+ detects virtual environments (including VMs), unauthorized programs, and device changes using proprietary technology.
When a test taker accesses the test page, the Monito+ program launches. The test taker must close all non-test-related programs before starting the test.
If the test environment has not been checked in advance, access on test day may take significant time.Ensure test takers complete the Demo test to verify their environment ahead of time.
Monito+ can be enabled quickly from the right-side menu on the Test Management page.
What is a Demo Test?

Forces full-screen mode to prevent test takers from leaving the test screen during the test.
If the test includes C#/Swift questions, Monito+ is automatically enabled to allow reference access.
This option can be used if multi-monitor setups are not allowed.
Test takers must disconnect additional monitors before starting the test.
If a test taker is using multiple monitors, a warning screen like the one shown on the right will appear.
If the video proctoring device gets disconnected during the test, access to the test screen will be blocked.
The test taker can resume the test after reconnecting the device.
Test takers are required to submit a valid ID.
Submitted IDs can be reviewed in the proctoring room.
IDs must be submitted via the mobile app.
To prevent cheating, the video of the test taker’s surroundings (recorded via mobile) can be reviewed by proctors.
If a test taker's browser changes during the test, it will be considered cheating and access will be blocked.
Prevent copying and pasting to or from external sources during the test.
Randomizes the order of multiple choice and short answer questions for each test taker.
You can choose which types (multiple choice or short answer) to randomize.

Test results will be sent to applicants via email when they complete the test.
