Create a Test

1. Choose Test Type

Choose whether to use live video proctoring and how you want the test to run. If you’d like us to handle the video proctoring for you, you can request that at this step. 2. Details & Questions

Enter the basic test information such as the test name and test period, then set up the questions. In this step, you’ll set the detailed options for the test. You can configure settings related to test taker instructions, video proctoring, and cheating prevention. 4. Set Regulations

Select or enter the test regulations, and review the default settings. The configured regulations will be shown to test takers as displayed in the example image. Available features may vary depending on your plan or test type. 5. Run Demo Test and Invite Test Takers

Once you've finished creating the test, run a demo test to make sure everything is set up as intended. After that, you can invite test takers. Demo Test - On the test management page, click the Demo Test button located under the test name. - The demo test allows you to preview the actual test screen without using any invitations. 2. 6. Check the Results

Once the test is complete, you can review the results. Before checking the results, make sure there are no test takers still marked as “Grading” in the test taker list. 7. Manage Test Takers

Test Taker Management Tab You can view and manage the status of all test takers from the Test Taker Management tab on the test management page. Click a test taker’s name to access their detailed information page. Managing Invitations - Check each test taker's Demo Test completion status and invitation status. - Verify whether they have completed the demo test. - Review the email invitation status and whether it has been opened. - Filter & Search - Filter: Filter by invitation status or demo test
