Choose whether to use video proctoring
(If needed) Request Grepp’s proctoring service
Choose how the test will be delivered
Go to the Test List menu and click the
Create New Testbutton in the top-right corner.
If you don’t need video monitoring, select Non-Proctored Test. If you do, select Proctored Test.
What is Video Proctoring?
Video proctoring means monitoring the test taker’s environment in real time by sharing their PC screen and connecting a webcam or mobile camera.
If managing proctoring on your own is difficult, you can request Grepp’s Proctoring Service.
*When you request Grepp’s proctoring service, it will be conducted under standardized options and rules, and is subject to approval.
When you enable video proctoring, tools for monitoring the test taker's environment will be available. You can use these to review recordings later or monitor in real time.
If you want to handle proctoring yourself, choose Self-Managed.
If you’d like Grepp to handle it for you, choose Request Grepp Proctoring Service.

🔗What if it's difficult to operate a video proctoring test?
If you need Grepp to manage a test without using video proctoring, please reach out via the chat button in the bottom right corner.
You can only request dates at least 14 days in advance, so please plan ahead.
Select how test takers will take the test based on your preferred schedule.
If you want all test takers to take the test at the same time, choose Scheduled Test.
If you want test takers to take the test anytime within a set period, choose Self-paced Test.
If you prefer to assign individual test times with no set period, choose Open Test.
※ Grepp’s proctoring service is only available with Scheduled Tests.
