💡FAQ | Inviting and Managing Test Takers

No Test Taker Registration Button Available

Please check that you have available invitation credits. You need available credits to register test takers.Hover over the icon at the top right to see how many test takers you can invite.

Can I Delete a Test Taker?

If you cancel a test taker's registration, the invitation ticket will be returned. You can reuse the returned ticket when registering a new test taker. - Please note that tickets cannot be reused after their expiration date, so make sure to check the validity period. If the test period has expired or the test taker has already started the test, their registration cannot be canceled. How to Resend an Invitation Email

If a registered test taker hasn't received the invitation email, you can resend it. Before doing so, please check if the email was sorted into the spam or promotions folder. - Click the three-dot menu on the right side of the test taker in the list to resend the invitation email. - The time of resending will be recorded. - You can also resend the invitation email from the individual test taker’s management page.

Can I schedule invitation emails?

- You can schedule invitation emails to be sent at a specific time when registering test takers. - During test taker registration, check Send scheduled email and set the desired date and time. - You cannot schedule emails for Open Tests. Instead, you can set the access period for the test page. You can check the email status and scheduled time under the Managing Invitations tab in the test taker list.

Can I check whether the invitation email was sent?

- You can check the status of the invitation email (sent/opened) at the bottom of the test page, in the test taker list(Managing Invitations Tap). - Depending on server conditions, email delivery may take up to 30 minutes. - If the test taker has opened the invitation email, it will be marked as Read. - If the invitation email was resent, the resend timestamp will be displayed.

Can I delete test takers’ personal information?

- Please click Privacy Policy Guide at the top right of the test management page. - Test Administrators have access to the feature for deleting test takers’ personal information. - Team Members and Viewers do not have access to this feature. - If the Delete button is disabled, please check if there are any test takers currently taking the test.

Can I reissue internal examinee numbers?

- Click the Reissue Examinee Number button in the Managing Invitations tab. - Examinees will be reordered alphabetically by name (A to Z). - If there are any gaps in the examinee numbers, they will be filled during the reissue process.

Can test takers join a test using an access code?

We offer a feature that allows test takers to access the test page using an access code. You can choose the access method when creating a test. This feature is available for all test types except Always-on Tests. Please note that access code functionality may be limited based on your subscription plan. The test link is missing from the invitation email.

If a test taker fails to submit their code in a coding test

To submit their solution, test takers must click the Save Code button at the bottom right of the coding environment before the test ends. If a submission is not made, their answers cannot be graded, and no score will be given. However, if you want to grade the code that was executed during the test, please follow the steps below: 1. There are test takers still being graded.

If the test includes essay or short-answer questions, manual grading is required. You can check each test taker's submitted answers at the bottom of their detail page and enter the score directly. Even if the score is zero, please make sure to save it.

Check a test taker’s test status

You can check each test taker’s current status on the [Managing Test Results] tab of the test page. Before Start The applicant has not started the test yet. Check-In Complete The applicant is in the process of setting up their testing environment on their PC. In Progress The applicant is currently taking the test. Grading The test has been submitted and is awaiting scoring. 🔗 There are test takers still being graded. Not Submitted The applicant accessed the test but did not submit their answers.
