You can schedule invitation emails to be sent at a specific time when registering test takers.
During test taker registration, check Send scheduled email and set the desired date and time.
You cannot schedule emails for Open Tests.
Instead, you can set the access period for the test page.
You can check the email status and scheduled time under the Managing Invitations tab in the test taker list.
