Test Admin Guide

If a registered test taker hasn't received the invitation email, you can resend it.

Before doing so, please check if the email was sorted into the spam or promotions folder.

  • Click the three-dot menu on the right side of the test taker in the list to resend the invitation email.

  • The time of resending will be recorded.

  • You can also resend the invitation email from the individual test taker’s management page.
