If you cancel a test taker's registration, the invitation ticket will be returned.
You can reuse the returned ticket when registering a new test taker.
Please note that tickets cannot be reused after their expiration date, so make sure to check the validity period.
If the test period has expired or the test taker has already started the test, their registration cannot be canceled.
Please make sure to check the test period and test takers' status before proceeding.
Invitation tickets will be automatically returned for test takers who have not started the test after the test expires.
Find the test taker you want to delete and click the three dots on the right.
Then select
Delete applicant(s).
Use the checkbox on the left of the applicant list to select multiple test takers.
After selecting, click the
Delete applicant(s)button.
