Starting July 1, 2025, the proctoring delegation request process and test creation interface will be fully updated.
Moving forward, all proctoring delegation requests must be submitted directly by the company during the test creation process on the website.
Requests made via a sales representative will no longer be accepted, so please review the following information carefully to ensure a smooth experience.
You can now submit proctoring delegation requests directly during the test creation stage, without contacting a sales representative.
This update allows companies to prepare for test administration more easily and efficiently, without coordinating schedules or awaiting confirmation over the phone.
Before (until Jun 30)
Contact sales rep by phone → Coordinate schedule → Phone confirmation → Create test → Run test
After (From Jul 1)
Request proctoring delegation during test creation → Admin approval → Run test
(※ Requests must be submitted at least 14 days before the test date. Approval is subject to availability.)
Once your request is approved or rejected, you’ll be notified in the following ways:
[Company Business Page > Notification area in the top right corner]
Email notification (sent to the account used to create the test only)
Q. Is there a requirement for requesting proctoring delegation?
A. Proctoring delegation is available for tests with 50 or more test takers. If the number exceeds **5,000**, a separate consultation is required. If there are **fewer than 50 test takers**, approval may be denied or a minimum service fee will apply.
Q. How does the application process differ before and after July 1?
A.Until June 30, you can submit requests via phone through your sales representative.
From July 1, requests must be made through the test creation page.
(*Note: You can only request delegation for tests scheduled on or after July 15.)
Q. I already have a test scheduled. What should I do?
A. If proctoring delegation has already been confirmed, the test will proceed as scheduled.
If not yet requested, you may still do so by phone until June 30.
Q. My test is in less than 14 days. Can I still request delegation through the system?
A. No. The system only allows delegation requests at least 14 days before the test date.
Requests within 14 days cannot be accepted due to internal policy.
Q. I don’t need video proctoring, but I still need help managing the test. Can I apply the same way?
A. This update only applies to delegation requests including video proctoring.
If you need general test operation support without video proctoring, or are considering adding video proctoring, please contact us through the chat support at the bottom right.
The test creation interface has been redesigned to better follow a step-by-step process. Options and test settings are now grouped by function, making it easier for first-time users to create tests without confusion.
We've also added convenient features to make test creation even more efficient
[Load Test]
Easily reuse frequently used test setups like templates—no need to start from scratch every time.
[Save Draft]
Save your progress at any point during test creation and continue editing anytime.
This is especially helpful when sharing drafts for team review or collaboration.
