If you’re unable to log in using your registered authentication method, you can recover access through the OTP recovery process.Choose your preferred recovery method and complete verification to restore access.
Backup Code: Use one of the 6-digit backup codes (issued when OTP was first registered).
Email Verification: Receive a recovery email at your registered account address and regain access through the link.
After signing in via recovery, delete your previous OTP registration and add a new one.
On the OTP Code Input page after login, click [Recover OTP].
Backup CodeEnter one of the unused backup codes (from the five issued during OTP registration), then click [Verify].Each backup code can only be used once.
Email VerificationEnter your account email address and click [Send] to receive a recovery email.Click [Re-register OTP] in the email to access the site in a new window.Please note: The recovery email link is valid for 30 minutes.
Once recovery is complete and you are redirected to Account Management → Multi-Factor Authentication Management,delete the existing OTP and register a new one.
