Overview of the Proctoring Room

• Proctors can enter the proctoring room via the invitation email.

• Admins can access it by clicking the Proctoring Room button at the top of the test management page.

• Use the search bar to find specific test takers in the proctoring room.

• Click the microphone icon at the bottom of a test taker’s screen to check their audio.

• This feature automatically rotates a set number of test takers’ screens at fixed intervals.

• Click the Start Rotational Proctoring button.

  • Search for and add test takers to monitor.

  • Set the number of screens to show per cycle (Rotation Count) and the time interval for switching (Rotation Interval).

Cyclic Proctoring Room Features

• Use the buttons to manually switch between groups.

• Filter Entered Examinee Only: Displays only test takers who have completed check-in.

• You can enlarge the screen of specific candidates for closer monitoring when needed.
