Any actions taken by the proctor during the test (e.g., “Restart”) will be recorded here.
View the chat history between the proctor and the test taker.
You can review the recorded video and activities from the test.
Click the timestamp on the right to jump to that specific moment in the video.
After requesting the file, you can download the generated file.
Recordings are stored for 30 days after the test ends.
You can download proctoring logs in Excel format from the Download Test Data tab on the test management page.
Refer to the list to download specific data such as recording status, notices log, chat log, proctor memos, and message logs.
The Proctor Dashboard provides a summary of the overall proctoring status for the test.
It displays key information such as the number of test takers by status, suspected cheating cases, and anomaly detection types, allowing you to quickly monitor the overall progress of the test.
The dashboard is updated every 30 seconds.
This feature is available only when using AI Proctoring or the Proctoring Service.
