Reviewing Proctoring Logs

Click the test taker’s information at the bottom of the test page to access their individual page.

• Any actions taken by the proctor during the test (e.g., “Restart”) will be recorded here.

• View the chat history between the proctor and the test taker.

• You can review the recorded video and activities from the test.

• Click the timestamp on the right to jump to that specific moment in the video.

• After requesting the file, you can download the generated file.

• Recordings are stored for 30 days after the test ends.

• You can download proctoring logs in Excel format from the Download Test Data tab on the test management page.

• Refer to the list to download specific data such as recording status, notices log, chat log, proctor memos, and message logs.

• The Proctor Dashboard provides a summary of the overall proctoring status for the test.

• It displays key information such as the number of test takers by status, suspected cheating cases, and anomaly detection types, allowing you to quickly monitor the overall progress of the test.

• The dashboard is updated every 30 seconds.
