What should I do if a test taker's video device is not working properly during the test?

  • Click "Reset Devices" at the top left of the test screen to move to the connection setup step.

    Guide the test taker to reconnect their video device from there.

  • You can also check the disconnected devices via the icons in the right-hand menu,

    which provide a direct link to the reconnection step.
